In the high-temperature, dusty environment, ordinary commercial switches did not last a year. Wireless connections dropped due to radio interference, and CCTV feeds cut out every summer.

- Replaced with DIN-rail industrial switches (-40~75°C, IP40) to handle high-temperature areas
- Automatic wireless channel optimization avoids interference zones
- AI cameras detect intrusions into safety zones around the furnace
- Eliminating single points of failure with redundant power and redundant links
