| On site | Gyeongbuk · 12 schools |
|---|---|
| Deployment Timeline | 2024 |
| Field | Educational institutions |
| Key Scope | Network · Policy |
1. On-site situation
Each school was operated with individual routers, making management impossible, and they could not handle simultaneous connections during class hours.
2. Deployment scope
| Network | 400 Omada APs · Cloud Controller |
|---|---|
| Policy | VLAN separation per school |
3. How we solved it
- Managing all 12 schools centrally through a single controller
- Separate SSIDs and bandwidth policies by school, grade, and purpose
- Phased installation during school breaks with no impact on the academic schedule
- Blocked external access via on-campus device registration (MAC authentication)
4. Results
| Management Console | 12 → 1 |
|---|---|
| Concurrent Connections | Support for 500 devices per school |
| Installation Period | Uninterrupted academic schedule |
"We don't have to call each school separately. Everything is visible on one screen."
